My 100 minutes expired and the service is not available.  Still 5 days remaining for the next bill

You have 3 options:

- Purchase additional minutes for $5 for 500 minutes. Unused minutes will be rolled over to future use. 
- Text your friends and family to call you.

- Use WhatsApp or TextNow app for free wifi and texting.

In a pinch you can try and see if this glitch still works as long as you have no minutes or minutes add ons on your account. Wait until the message finishes saying you cannot make a call and don't hang up rather press "*" and see if your call connects. You may have to try a couple of times but should work if you really need to make a call.

Log into your self serve account and go to the plans and add ons page. Purchase the $5/500min Canada wide calling add on. It's a one time purchase that does not expire instead it rolls over every 30 days until completely consumed. It will supplement your 100 outgoing minutes in your plan when you run out like today.
