Unable to call out or receive calls

Since yesterday (Dec. 11), I cannot call out or receive calls. No dialing sound. Texting and mobile data are working. Received multiple voice message alerts. Restarted handsets and re-inserted SIM card multiple times, still not working. Please help.

Not able to receive texts and calls while in US

I'm in US, I have a Ca-US-Mexico roaming plan, and not able to receive any texts and calls, while data works and I can make calls just fine. This is urgent as I have to confirm a payment and I cannot receive the verification code through SMS!

SIM card blocked although I am paid up and on subscription

Suddenly this after noon between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM my phone wouldn't work and I got a SIM Card Blocked error. I have the "Emergency calls only" symbol as well.I took my SIM card out and put it back and rebooted but to no avail.

No access to account
