why I can't make any phone call ?

My CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION include 

Unlimited Canada-wide Talk;

Unlimited International Text;

but when i try to make a phone call to another number ,telling me I used all my talking minutes? that's insane and can't raise tickets . the service sucks !

I hope the problem can be solved ASAP!!!

thank you all for the quick help , that's my bad ,I made a stupid mistake . the old post in 2022 mislead me thought I was facing their issue. actually I have 2 number under my wifes contact info , totally my bad ,sorry !

try calling other numbers as well.

and maybe the problem is on your wife's side.  Ask her to reboot phone and check if anyone else can call her

if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

btw ,i didnt change anything including subscription ,plan ,paymant anything . 

just now I tried to call another person ,the call even worked ,just when call my wife's number it's not working (she is using public mobile either).

did you try to call with a 1 in front of the 10 digits? try also with just 10 digits without the 1 as well

thank you very much for the info ,but I actually searched the old posts and already reboot my cell several times .didnt give it solved . I have used public mobile for nearly 10 years ,never happened before .

@dalinqin  Try rebooting the phone or reset network settings and test again . Be sure to put a 1 in-front of the 10  digit contact aswell , also check

if not outage and account is active not suspended and reboot / reset network settings didn’t help 

submit ticket with support to refresh your account

hi @dalinqin 

it is a common glitch.  Usually, you just need to reboot the phone, Reset network settings and it will work again

try also to make calls with a 1 in front of the 10 digits.
