@Dieuki , to perform a phone number change, simply go into the self serve account using either the mobile app or browser and in the profile tab, edit the phone number. Select a location and choose from number options available. SIM card change is not needed when changing phone number. Be sure to update the eversafe ID with the new chosen phone number.
