PM staff does NOT call customers for any reason. If bank staff 'forgets' to call me when they promise, PM will definitely not do that either.
ONLY way to get help/assistance is to post your question/issue here and if it is account related to open a Ticket.
If you require contact with live person (not bot nor AI) you will have for different mobile provider.

you're best to pose your question here, in the forum. We can usually answer much faster than Customer Support...unless your issue is account related..then you do need Customer Support help. Click the bubble on lower right side of page to start that process.

they won't call you , they only message you and you need to contact them first
not sure if you can open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them

Public Mobile does not offer customer service over the phone. To contact them, the chatbot must be uised to open a ticket.
