Unauthorized money withdrawals

On July 6 and July 9 a total of 207 dollars was taken off my Visa without authorization. My plan is 48 dollars a month which is automatically taken off my Visa. So I am not sure why this has happened.

Can't log in

Hi,I can't log in to my account (under the email heer.ashley@gmail.com) because it is sending the ID confirmation pin to (I believe) the number that was on the sim card before my current number was ported over.
