For the agent
I wanted to change my subscription to the $30.00 4G 20 GB Canada-US plan which shows as available on Public Mobile's website until September 30th; however, this plan was not showing up as an option in my account. Therefore, the only option I could choose was the $35.00 4G 50 GB Canada-US plan with 100 long distance minutes. But this plan is unsuitable for me as I don't require that amount of data and long-distance minutes to other countries, and therefore would like to have the $30.00 4G 20 GB Canada-US plan .
Also I find that I cant go back to the $ 19 plan that I used to have earlier - that is not fair I should be allowed to upgrade or downgrade my plans according to my usage and circumstance
Please help/advice

hi @Sansan if you see it in your My Account, then you can change it
so, you have $15 ppl plan now? Whatever plan you have now, you probably can't go back

Along with $20/3GB I have these also.
I am not interested in them, but I wonder if I was to try to switch to one, if they would allow it?
Seems crazy what's been happening lately 🤷♂️

sorry, you can only choose plans from your own My Account -> Change Subscription page. And unfortunately, the available plans on one account could be different from another, likely depends on the current plan you have
So, in short, you can only change to plans you see on your own My Account. We suggest people to ask agent, but what we heard is agent cannot make exemption
