Price Plan

DarrylMO
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I received a promotional offer over text with a limited time to respond. There was no indication that the offer itself was a temporary one though. I responded within the time frame to accept the offer and I have been using the price plan successfully. On my price plan description there is a small 12. Does this mean the offer is only good for a 12-months? If so, what  happens after the 12 months are over?

it does not mean only 12 cycles, in fact, if you scroll down and expand Terms and conditions, it is about term #12:

Your Public Mobile subscription includes a rate plan that provides access to specific mobility services. Depending on plan details, rate plans have a fixed duration. Unless otherwise indicated in the rate plan description, a monthly subscription period is 30 days. If you are subscribed, your plan will auto-renew at the end of the fixed duration.

PM does not usually offer price plan that good for set number of months only.   I don't think anyone here on the Community can give you a solid answer,  you might want to check with PM directly , and with a screenshot , so they can confirm

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
