Roaming Us not working at all

Hello, 

As my previous message, my plan is not working, im currently in US in Seattle and trying to make calls to canada and when i dial the number the call is ended right away, this is frustrating taking in consideration my plan  allow me to receive and make calls to canada from Us

- You have to have correct plan.
- Try to manually connect to mobile provider.
- Your phone has to have VoLTE set on.

do you have Canada-US plan? does data work?

and what phone do you have? voice could be tricky if your phone is not VoLTE whitelisted with PM, but data is easy

first, make sure you are connect.  Make sure Roaming data is enabled on your phone, then manually connect to T-Mobile with network mode set to Automatic, then try data and try making calls
