use laptop to log in to your account, but clear cache and use incognito mode. When you log in to your account, you'll see Payments, then on the right hand side of page see Manage Subscription > Manage Payment Method...in there, you can edit the card date.

login My Account, go to Payment page, Manage Subscription and then Update Card Information. You have to update it like a new card even just the expiration date chnage

you can use the app and browser to login and change yourself
login My Account then go to Payment page to change or use this link
