Change my plan

I will be traveling for 7 months and would like to put my phone and my husband’s phone onto the cheapest plan possible to keep our numbers. I see a plan for $19 but for some reason, I can’t select it.

the $19 plan is for new activation only

and in fact, PM only allows you to change to particular set of plans based on your profile.  So, you can choose to the lowest priced plan you see on your My Account -> change subscription page

or one way to save money is to suspend the account by remove autopay (disable Subscribed from Payment, Manage subscription), but you have to re-subscribe for one month between 90 days of the suspension or your account will be closed.  Let us know if you are interested in that way and can provide you more steps to what to do
