Hi,
I want to cancel my public mobile e-sim but I have deleted the e-sim when getting a new phone. Now I can't go to my account as it sends the verification code to that e-sim. What should I do?!

@kamrank you can probably "purchase" another eSIM from the App so that you can receive the SMS, and the eSIM should be free since you already had one

Thank you. It first sends a code to email and then sends another one to e-sim. I will message them. Thanks.

Try to get the code via email. When you are at the security code stop , click Didn't receive code or Resend code and see if send email is an option.
if the option is not there, ask PM support to remove the credit card for you,. Please message them here:
