50gb of data used over night?

I renewed my plan and r Yt hung was working good untill the next morning I woke up to a message saying I’ve used all my data, idk how it’s possible to use 50gb of data in that time let alone while asleep… any how my phone setting say I’ve used 15 but that was from last month and contacting public mobile didn’t help non so fose anyone have an idea on what I should do?

The key question here is, what does your self-serve account say re your current data bucket?

It may be likely that the data message you received is erroneous (thus misleading). 

Another thing to remember is that Public Mobile tallies data usage twice daily under their detailed usage tabs, so it's best to refer to the data buckets under the Usage Overview section and not the Usage History, which only tallies data used in 12-hour periods and posts it twice daily to that section.  

 

and your phone records the usage since Feb 13?

to ask for PM to check, Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

My cycle says February 13th to march 15th which  and how do I contact PM without it being a robot?

using the app ?..log in to your account and refresh the page by pulling down on that page...or ...reboot cellphone and log in again. See if that provides better info on your remaining data.

maybe a browser cache problem?  If you login My Account using Incognito mode, what the usage say?

honest, you need to ask PM, they are the only one that can track the usage on the usage.  But remember, PM has a 30 days cycle, so the cycle date changes.  If you use the phone to track the usage, it won't be a monthly usage, ie, won't be same start date for each month.  You have to manually update the cycle date each month to match the correct cycle date.  Did you do that?
