I have been trying to activate my cell phone. I created an account on Public Mobile, activated the SIM card, downloaded the app on hlmy cell phone to finish the activation, but it won't let me log in on the app? I can log in on a computer, but not on the app? It just cycles back to the username and password. I am 100% sure the password is correct as I can log in the computer. HELP!!

After trying everything mentioned here I had to finally get a CS_agent to help. I can not use the app on my phone at all. Will not work. But everything is set up, completed and works on browser. I set up my wifes account through the app and she can use the app on her phone. Seems if you activate through the browser the app will not work, if you activate through the app everything works. Thanks for the help to everyone.

you need PM to help to complete the Subscription then.  Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here

so, you started the activation on the browser and then try to finish off on the app after payment step?  This is a common problem if you activate that way, but support agent can help.   You can submit  ticket by direct message:

@Baconator2025   Try deleting the app and downloading again. Afterwards try logging in, maybe its a simple glitch?
