I have been trying to activate my cell phone. I created an account on Public Mobile, activated the SIM card, downloaded the app on hlmy cell phone to finish the activation, but it won't let me log in on the app? I can log in on a computer, but not on the app? It just cycles back to the username and password. I am 100% sure the password is correct as I can log in the computer. HELP!!

you need PM to help to complete the Subscription then. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here

so, you started the activation on the browser and then try to finish off on the app after payment step? This is a common problem if you activate that way, but support agent can help. You can submit ticket by direct message:

@Baconator2025 Try deleting the app and downloading again. Afterwards try logging in, maybe its a simple glitch?
