Unable to text/call, can't log into account.

Randomly mid-day today I was unable to text and call. I went to log in to my account and it says this:

Unauthorized. For security reasons, we couldn't log you in at this time. If you believe this is an error, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

I can't even call public mobile. What do I do?!?

I always have a problem logging in….until I found out a hack. Log in to the community and then use the menu to go to your account t.

Thx for the reply. 
Calls to 611 not going through. Says - "Sorry, we're unable to process your request" and redirects to website.
Payment not scheduled to go through for another week. Currently dming an agent.

Dial 611 for the status of your account. It could be your account is suspended due to nonpayment.

If that is not the issue then it could be an outage in your area.
