I have a couple questions.
I transferred my Bell Phone # to this account. ###-####-####, but I had also added a new # ###-###=####,before the # was transferred. That new one is showing up as my primary? What is it used for?
Do I just use the ###-###-#### as my primary? Do I actually have 2 lines?
How do I get the phone to automatically use my cellular data when not on wifi? I'm in the US and I need to be able to use cellular data while in the car for maps etc. What must I do for this to happen automatically?

PM can only have one number for one account. How did you "add" the second number? If you just added to the Alternative phone number on My Account, then it does not do much other than record keeping
For your phone setup, the current PM number should be set as Primary on your phone. Try to make a call from your phone and check the caller id on the receiving end and see what number is that. And make sure you can receive incoming call on your PM sim card with that same phone number
For data, it is strictly a device setup issue. If you leave the Data enabled and Roaming Data enabled on the phone, whenever you are away from Wifi , the phone will switch to using data automatically. (also make sure your phone is connected to one of the 3 PM's US roaming partners: AT&T/T-Mobile/Verizon)
