Changing address

If I am moving to a new address on 1st February, 2026, do I need to change my address now ?

the address info is strictly for record keeping and does not affect anything (not even tax as the tax is based on the area code of the phone number, not the address)

but if you would like to update the address, login to My Account, and go to Profile, and click the pencil besides the Account Name to update the address, or use this direct link
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/edit/account-info

or if you use PM app, update at Account > Manage Profile

Address does not matter to PM. You can have any valid Canadian address on file.

Be aware you pay tax based on your phone's area code not based on address.
