Phone is locked in emergency mode

My phone locked in emergency mode only 2 weeks aga and I cannot open it. And, I am unable to log into the account

hi @Ivanator 

if the "sim card is bad", did you try to confirm by putting the sim in another phone?  

usually even a bad sim card, it won't lock your phone in emergency mode, and it won't stop you from login to your My Account using email to receive the 2FA.

but check with support agent and see what they say

I can now say for sure the sim card is bad. So, I cannot use it to communicate by phone number or email account. The email was changed and I cannot use it to login to my account. That is the two problems that prevent me from getting help. I have been able to send a message to tech support hopefully to fix the problem of logging in to the account formy nephew. I pay for the phone on my credit card

Have you tried turning your phone off and on again?

@Ivanator  What phone do you have?  Have you tried a Google search for how to get it going again?

hi @Ivanator other than the send email option advised above, you can also use Send Voice message and then get the code by calling yourself from another phone. Of course, that only works if you have the voicemail pin

To log in into account use computer and redirect 2FA to email.
