I have been locked out of my account.  My phone service isn't working as I believe I didn't update a credit card change. I cant request a ticket. How do I update my banking info if I cant access my account?

You can purchase a voucher and dial 611 and enter the voucher number to get service running again while you wait for a CS_Agent help you access your account.

Vouchers can be purchased from 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples

hi @eldie is that a problem with the 2FA code? try click Didn't Receive Code and then choose to get the code via email

if you forgot password, try click Reset Password in the login page

if really cannot reset or cannot get the codez PM support agent can help.  you can  submit by direct message:
