Hi last night I signed up my family, 4 accounts on the $35 plans, we all have new S25 phones, 2 ultras and 2 plus, my phone the ultra is the only one that shows RCS supported,all other 3 lines show not supported, disabled by your carrier.
How do I get this enabled for everyone?

RCS works on S25 (different models) without problem
have you try uninstall the Google Message? best to do that. It will go back to the original version after "uninstall", then reboot phone, go back to Google Play store and install (or it will show update)

Yes I've rebooted manu times, disabled the Sim, disabled RCS and then enabled and still shows unsupported by carrier

RCS chat is supported by PM.
Maybe a simple reboot of the phone. Or network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords). Need to have data enabled for RCS chat also

they all will have RCS
you can try to disable RCS on those not working phones first. Then wait a bit and reboot. Then go back and enable RCS again
just in case it still does not work, Clear Cache and Clear data on Google Message app
