Cannot make or receive calls

Hi, I am unable to make or receive calls on my phone. I have autopay setup and March 6th was my renewal date. The message I am hearing when trying to make or receive a call, it says my account is not active. Please help.

Resolved! Account status

Resolved! Unable to make calls….again

First it was the 6UT1 which did eventually resolve a couple days later. Now it says it cannot complete my call as I do t have an active plan on my account which is paid and active. This is getting frustrating!!

Can't make calls

Anyone else having issues with calls - in or out? Everything else works fine - text and data. I have another Public mobile phone in the household that seems to be working fine. Tried restarting phone and turning off and on the sim service. Pls help!

Can't make calls

Is there an outage happening? Vancouver- I can't make any calls. Texting is ok. I get a 3 beep tone when I try to make a call. Account up to date. Tried turning off phone and reselecting carrier.
