Tried rebooting, reset network settings, re-installed SIM card. Tried SIM in another phone. Still cannot receive calls or texts.

Hi @yodasamarai you ever able to receive calls on the PM sim with the ported number? It sounds like the port was not completed. Call porting team to confirm, will send yuu the number to your Community inbox

I am new customer a week ago. Ported number over at that time. Phone was working good then. Today, I cannot receive calls or texts. Can call out though.

Log into self service and see if your plan is Active? Try rebooting, resetting network settings, reinstalling SIM card. Also try sim in another unlocked phone to see if it is an account vs phone issue.
