How to get discount through points ?

I am going to join PB. I want to know to get discount through points. How it's works? 

I will receive points in my account and for the next month I have a option to use them OR it's automatic apply to my bills ?

@KD0979   you will get 5% point back with your spending here (and 3x points for the first 12 months, so 15% for 12 months)

the points will be in your account, once you got 15 points, you can redeem for $15 bill credit

or you can use points to redeem add-on , usually it is 33% cheaper than buying with cash

When you join, remember to use a friend code to get a one time $10 credit
