First try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works

@Roshni , are you able to sort through potential emails that you might have used to activate the account? If you keep legacy emails, look for a welcome email that would have been sent out after successful activation. That would help to identify the email used to for the account. If this check is not possible, use the chatbot link to initiate a support ticket and a CSA will assist.
