Cannot make or receive calls

Hi, I am unable to make or receive calls on my phone. I have autopay setup and March 6th was my renewal date. The message I am hearing when trying to make or receive a call, it says my account is not active. Please help.

One minute ago, both phones started to work properly.

My situation exactly...2 lines, texting works, voice message says account not active, auto payment due March 6th too.  Deets on my acct show full funds available, $0 owing.

Can you try your SIM into another phone to see if it works, then move the SIM back to your own phone to test? If calls still don't work contact customer support.

there was problem with voice calling and receiving for some customers last copule days ago.  The issue supposed to have been fixed, but it is possible that it came back for some users.

 

Please try Refresh All networks and see if it helps

if not, open ticket with PM support
