I transitioned from Rogers to Public on Friday

The account ported successfully

I am trying to login to the rewards portal using my userid/pw from the main Public Mobile website

But it just keeps spinning with no response

 

Can someone advise if the rewards portal is down, or if I have done something wrong ?

Iirc the last time I activated a new line the rewards portal took a day or so to become active. Not sure if that is still the case though. Maybe try back tomorrow?

@loschindler13 - I am able to log in okay.

 

Try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device. Or, open a tab in incognito mode and access My Account that way.

Website is finicky.  Maybe try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.
