It seems for quite sometime that I haven't been receiving emails in regards to Public Mobile account, including rewards balance.   My other family members are receiving their emails still.

Changed phones

I am unable to call or receive call

Yesterday, I lost service.  I am unable to call ou receive call. The phone tells that I am connected to Public Mobile service.  If I try to call, the phone try a connection saying "logging in..." but nothing changes until it stops calling.Please help...

Can't send or receive pics in texts

I have switched phones recently and am unable to send and receive pictures in the form of texts. Messenger works fine. The problem is with texts. I have checked apn settings and no luck. I have also tried removing my sim and reinstalling it.
