New Subscriber - Can't activate subscription

I signed up for Public Mobile yesterday (Friday, May 16th) but cannot activate my subscription. The payment has been processed by my card company. My current provider, Telus, says the number is ready to port out and I have my IMEI and the current Telus account number. I have an iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 18.4.1.

I tried yesterday on WiFi, and again today on just cellular, and get the same error: "SUBSCRIPTION NOT ACTIVATED. Something didn't go right while activating your subscription. Click below to contact a customer support agent."

I tried clicking support and the AI gave me a lot of unhelpful responses. When I log in to start a support ticket I'm met with a blank screen. Clicking Done just brings me back to the SUBSCRIPTION NOT ACTIVATED screen where the frustrating loop starts again.

I posted two screen shots below. Any ideas how I can get help?

FYI, the current iOS is 18.5.
