$34 at 9:50am
Please follow the $35 charge and refund $34.

Do you see the double charge on your credit card/banking statement? Or on your PM self service account?
PM Billing breakdown on your self service account can be a bit confusing at times.
Normally any overcharge will remain in your account as credit for the next month’s bill.
But if you want a refund. Click on the Chat button and type in Submit a Ticket so an CS_Agent will help you.
