Just switched over to Public. Everything seems to have worked except for getting into the app. It keeps trying to authenticate me by sending an sms but I never get the sms. I switched to code by email, I get the email but it doesn't accept the code, just blanks out like it's waiting for another code.

You probably got multiple 2FA code. Wait an hour and try again for the 2FA code so it won’t be mixed with other codes.

there is no other way to get the 2FA code at this moment (you won't be able to get it via email until you complete this first time verification)
so, you need PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
