Why can,t I redeem my points. I've been with public for 7 years.

The points program has been around much longer than 1.5 years.  The points program was introduced near the start of 2022, although customers already on the older rewards system were able to keep that until mid 2024.

More details would be helpful.  You should have accumulated some points to redeem something by now.  What issues are you having?

@gordy1  which item are you trying to get?  Ince you go to the Rewards site, it tends to stay on the blank screen for awhile. The other day I had to exist and fo back in like 4 times before it worked.

X out and go back.

Then click on the catalog.  It will let you know if you have enough points you just click and redeem.

We can all redeem as long as you have enough points.  Did you do it on the Rewards site? What error you got?

If you still have problems, ask PM

  

  Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
