I redemmed 25 points

I wanted 30 days of talk and txt with 5 gb of data. I was told I would get this if I redeemed my points/ but I never got the service. They took my points but I have no service rn because I counted on public mobile to take care of me this month.

if you need to reverse the add-on redemption or if you want to ask PM support agent to check why the add-on did not arrive, please submit ticket

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")

You redeemed for US roaming service. You should have redeemed a $20 bill credit and perhaps changed plans if able. Contact customer support and explain your situation and see if they can remove the add on and credit your account or replace the rewards points.

@Wethebest  Try rebooting the phone first it you haven’t already then it should work
