My Public Mobile line is currently disconnected, and I’m trying to log in to pay my bill but I can’t receive the 2FA code because my phone service is off.
I also just regained access to my email, but I’m not receiving any OTPs there yet either.
I can’t log in, can’t pay, and I’m locked out. I need someone to manually verify me or bypass 2FA so I can get into my account and reactivate my plan.
Please let me know what info you need to verify me. I’m happy to provide it. Thank you!

Not sure if you already solved your issue. You should be able to receive 2FA code via email (instead of text). Do you see a link " I didn't receive code". Click and you should be offered option for 2FA email code instead.

You can also purchase vouchers from
7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Safeway or Staples.

first CSA you tagged is not really agent, should be @CS_Agent . But they don't monitor posts
And, try buying voucher from stores like Shoppers Drug mart or London drugs or or buy online and from recharge.com. Then, load the voucher by calling*611 on your phone or call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone
