If you already have an account/plan with Public Mobile, download the app if you don't already have it, sign in, go to your subscription, click on change subscription and see what options it has. If that offer is there, then there you go. If you've received a text message recently offering you this deal, then just reply yes and it will change the next following 30 day cycle.
