I replied yes to a promo offer by text for 25 GB for $26 but didn’t receive the data in my next billing cycle

@TamsterF if you have trouble open ticket using Chatbot, you can use direct message link to engage support

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

Thank you for your quick reply. I saved a screenshot confirming that they received my yes text. I definitely didn’t receive the data. My account says 3G  and that I’m in the new monthly cycle. I tried sending a ticket several times and got error messages. Very frustrating.

you can dial 611 to hear status of your account and plan detail.

If you haven't been upgraded to new plan yet...click on the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start process of Customer Support. Let them know and they can help.

@TamsterF when did you reply and when your cycle started 

If you login My Account > Subscription & add-on, do you see a pending plan change ?

Ask PM CS agent to check and confirm if they received your Yes to the promo offer 

Please open ticket with PM support:

    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
