Resolved! I can't get a ticket

I've tried to get a ticket. I get the error code. Then when I go back, I try typing in @CS_Agent  it says not found. Then I select "No" When it asks if I got ticket. I do all it asks me and still no ticket. Thank you.

Resolved! I got error after credit card was charged

I tried to subscribe the 5G 20Gb plan. My credit card was charged but got error to activate my account. I couldn't login to my account now, it keeps asking me to enter the credit information again. What can I do?

Resolved! new plan $34 for 20 GB

I changed to a new plan $34 for 20GB on November 19th 2023 and I was charged $10 for a service I didn't authorised. This $10 is illegal. I want my refund.

I deleted my eSIM

@CS_Agent I saw I had SOS service, I reset my Network Settings and that did not resolve the situation. I then deleted my eSIM. I cannot submit a ticket with support either!
