Hi, I have a bit of an issue. My son is signed up with his own account under my account but I pay for it (he's 14). He just lost his phone while out hunting and he can't remember his sign in (email or password). I know I need to get him a new sim card but how do I go about sorting out how to sign in to his account? I should have just put him on mine but I didn't. Thank you 🙂

your son needs to open ticket with PM. Or you can setup a Community account for him and use it to talk to PM to sort out the problem
With that new Community account, he won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them

and for the phone, he needs a replacement phone and a replacement sim card. Get the sim card from Telus or Koodo stores around , or via Amazon

@GraceDavis Get support to repot it lost/stolen until you can get new sim and phone . Once you get one from Telus /koodo store or order from Amazon $4.99 there right now . Message support again form them to sim swap the number for you to keep same phone number and plan
send a private message To CS_Agent
