Referral Code

Is there any way to get my referral code before my account is fully activated? I'm waiting for my SIM to be delivered but my wife would like to sign up for an account. We'd like to make sure we don't miss out on the referral bonuses.

You can't just show up at the Telus store to pick up the free sim.  Make sure you arrange with PM before

So the way it works is once you've fully signed up, SIM card is registered and you have a phone number, that means the account is complete. You can then go to your account and see your referral number. You can however pick a SIM card up faster. Here's how... give me a sec while I find the links.

If you need a physical SIM, Amazon sells them. Click on AMAZON for the link.

Or locations near you that have a SIM. TELUS STORES

Now, what you do is this. You will either pay the $5 or $10 at the store if one is close to you, then you contact a CS Agent via the chat box in the bottom right corner. Advise them you purchased a card because it was taking too long in the mail and they will gladly credit you the amount you paid (but not the tax) and credit your account if you ask them. Easy as pie.

yo get it up faster without waiting it to be shipped, you can buy one yourself from Amazon for $5.  But that but the referral $10 in half 😞

Hello @GVR 

Sadly no. Once your account is registered or your SIM card is fully activated, then you can then get your referral code. What you CAN do is just sign her up and then use HER referral code. Either way, win win right? Isn't marriage 50/50 or as mine tells me, 0/100 in her favor. LOL
