unfortunately PM doesnt offer "live" support as they are a discount brand with good prices but lesser service. The best way to contact PM is to send them a message and wait for them to reply, usually they are pretty good with response times, you can message them here:

hi @Patty61 try message support first. It is not as bad as it sounds. I rather message and come back and check for reply according to my time than got hold up on the phone for an hour listening to music (wait in the queue)

@Patty61 Sorry no live support you need to engage support private message , but you can buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 and resume services right away
