Voicemail not working

Resolved! Using a new device

When inserting my SIM into my new phone I am asked the following message:"SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK"I beg for help. This has been a goose chase for weeks!

I PAID FOR MY PLAN BUT IT ISN'T ACTIVATED

I went to the bank two days ago and paid for my plan and I still don't have my plan activated its very inconvenient I'm missing out on a lot of important calls and it doesn't even say on my account that I paid when I did please fix this issue.

Resolved! Data use miscalculation

Just confused here. I got a text indicating that I've used 75% of my data, self serve says I've used 75% of my data, but my phone says I've used 373 MB of my 2 GB. I really don't use much data. Does anyone know what might be going on? Thanks
