I bought this sim because of rogers outage and for one month. But I noticed that I have been charged every month automatically. I want to cancel this number but enable the charge. There is no customer service number and simon is not helpful. I have not turned on the sim since that day and I am looking for refund. is there anyone who can help?

@nikitabedi - insert that sim card into a phone and dial 611. If you know the 4 digit account pin, you can turn off autopay from there as well.

@nikitabedi As far as receiving a refund, PM as you know is prepaid so refunds for services aren’t offered

hi put the account in lost/stolen mode. even if the credit card is removed there is a high possibility PM will still charge you

Easiest way is to remove the auto pay from the account self serve site.
The account will go into suspend state at the end of the current paid cycle and then be canceled a couple months later.

Yes, when you activate, it will use your card and enabled Pre-Authorized payments
Just login to My Account, go to Payment Page , Manage Payment Method , and disable Pre-Authorized Payments
Account will be suspended at the end of the current cycle. 90 days more, the account will be formally closed
