Port Out Failure

Hi there,

 

I am looking to port out my number to Freedom.

 

I've given them the account number several times and they keep having issues.

 

Is there anything on Public Mobiles end that can be done?

 

I should receive an authorization text to confirm but I haven't in over 24 hours and Freedom has initiated it a couple times.

Hi your public account needs to be active to port number ,also you must leave your public sim in your phone to receive transfer request you have 90 minutes to reply yes or port will fail

@Gcamcdonnell   You are keeping the PM SIM in your phone to be able to respond to the transfer text and the account is still active?

 

FM would need to ask PM to resend the porting request again.  You can always submit a ticket to customer support and ask for assistance too.
