There was a student promo plan for 20GB of data for $55.00. I tried to change my plan to this one twice and it resets back to my old 3gb plan. Ive asked for support 3 times on this and a moderator said they would fix it but it still doesnt work and now says account suspended. I want to switch to the $55.00 20GB promotion plan and now it isnt showing up anymore. How do I get this plan?

It's a long-shot...but try this to see if the new plan is on your account....

The student promo plan has ended. The only way to get this plan is via customer service agent (previously known as moderator). Just respond to the last private message that the CSA sent you. Hopefully, CSA will be able to help.
There have been issues with changing of plans recently. After changing plans, the old plan still shows up in your self service account. Might want to try to login into your account via a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Check your payment history and make sure that you weren't charge for $55 plan.

That student promo expired on Sept. 30.
The only similar plan is $50 with 10GB
