Charge incorrectly for the promotion

The promotion was suppose to give me a sim card for 5$ or esim for free

I was charged 10$ for it instead but can not use private messages at the moment cause the sim card hasn't arrived.

How do I get help with this.

Or can I just cancel everything at this point

you will need to ask PM support agent and they will give you back the credit

after the account is setup and the service is working, submit a ticket using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
