I’m trying to log onto my profile to pay my account, and it is saying I’m unable to due to suspicious activity. I have had none and would like to pay my phone

is the error came from PM or from your credit card?  you can check with PM support agent.  Please submit a ticket using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
