Resolved! USA calling not working

My $50 plan allows for Unlimited Talk/Text to Canada and the US.   I was in the US yesterday and I could not call anywhere.  I tried US and Canadian numbers.

2 gig for 12 months

Resolved! New 4G Plan

I am currently on the 3G plan with 5G of data. I would like to upgrade to the 4G plan but it only offers 4GB of data. If I upgrade to 4G, can I keep my 5GB for the same price as it would have been for the 4GB? Thx.

Are the monthly discounts for referrals and years of service gone? I do not see them on my account. If so, will be looking elsewhere that is the main reason went with Public in the first place.
