Thanks, tried that, only got - not eligible for the offer. I believe I should receive the sms first like last year.

If still no gifts, then use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started, and you can get the gifts added manually to your account.

if you got back a reply saying they will add it, good

if not, then just open ticket with PM Support and they will add it back for you.
