Still No 2GB Bonus Offer

It’s now the 16 of Dec and still I have not gotten my text for the 2GB bonus offer; what do I do to get that offer?

Thanks for the help. The issue is resolved , CS agent applied the bonus and minutes manually . 👍😊

if you got back a reply saying they will add it, good

if not, then just open ticket with PM Support and they will add it back for you.
