Techie help

If someone is having issues with phone reception, dropped calls, or say any tech issues-  what are the expected turn around times to get help? and if so how is htat help offered ? I know w Bell for example they will try to troubleshoot over the phone and they offer after hours call support but also in kiosk and option to mail in device if needed. What about with Public? Im wanting to switch but also nervous about this. I am not techie at all so I feel that community forums would not be as specific to my concerns. Do I have option to talk to someone on phone, in person or live chat or video if needed?

@fgoyal123 from my own personal and recent experience, yesterday I reached out to a support agent on behalf of my father and surprisingly I heard back in 35 minutes and had the issue resolved (missing referral points) in short time. I also reached out to them last week for another issue but that took just over an hour for the initial response. In general, expect around 1 -2 hours but it can take longer around special events like boxing day, Black Friday etc. The good thing is that once your service is up and running you shouldn't need to reach out to them often at all. I've been with them for close to 8 months and have had no issues really.

Well, there are several folks who camp out there on the forum to help other customers so the turn around time here is under 10 minutes usually. Turn around time for a CS Agent to reach out via private message is a different story. Oracles say 2 hours. Customers who have posted over the last week say it's been days or even a week with no reply. Nobody to call or live chat with or video. Remember, this is a 3rd tier service. There are currently better plans offered here for cheaper via Telus/Walmart. You may wish to consider that instead.
