Need help with interpreting phone details

I know this has been addressed in other threads but I can't be sure that I'm identifying the proper numbers as set out in the requirements.  I'm wanting to buy the phone in the attached picture but can't be certain the specs will work with public mobile.  I'm not enough of a techie to  know which numbers I need and which I can ignore.  Also, this phone box says it's built for sale in EU only.  Does that mean it won't work here?  I'm already with public mobile and want to just move my sim card over to this phone if I buy it.  Sorry for asking when I'm sure the answers are probably obvious to most folks.  Hope you can read the specs on the pic of the box.  Thanks.

More specifically, they're on the HSPA bands which are required for voice service.

@alwaysconfused There's also a good selection of LTE bands available, so you're go with that phone. By the way, please delete the pictures from your Community profile. IMEI can be used to port a number.
